“We were traveling to the Amalfi Coast for our friends wedding and decided to start the trip in Switzerland. I planned most of the trip with my girlfriends, and insisted on Gordon planning our first day in Zurich to make up for his lack of involvement. Little did I know he had planned to propose to me on our first day in Switzerland the entire time!
My favorite memory from this vacation was the hours right after Gordon proposed. It was just the two of us in Zurich as our friends were all flying in the next day. We were on cloud nine after the proposal and had the most romantic dinner at our hotel, The Dolder Grand, with an insane view of Zurich. We were so caught up in the moment I didn’t realize I was downing $28 glasses of champagne the whole time, oops!”
